Placing & Tracking Your Orders

Ordering from Bardia Control System is designed to be simple, transparent, and efficient — whether you’re buying a single part or placing a large procurement request.

  •  Placing an Order:

You can place orders directly through our website, via email, or by contacting your dedicated account manager.

For large or project-based orders, we recommend requesting a custom quotation first.

  • Order Confirmation:

Once your order is processed, you will receive an official Order Confirmation or Proforma Invoice outlining all product details, lead times, and shipping terms.

  • Order Tracking:

When the order is dispatched, a tracking number will be provided for all courier shipments. For freight shipments, our team will update you directly with the status and estimated delivery.

  • Order Modifications & Cancellations:

Changes to orders can be requested before shipment only. Once dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.

Please reach out to us as soon as possible if you need to update or amend any order details.

  • Shipping arrangements:

All delivery charges are based on the package’s weight, dimensions, and destination.

By default, we will coordinate with our trusted logistics partners and include the final shipping fee in your invoice.

If you prefer to use your own courier or freight forwarder, simply let us know — we’ll be glad to work with your team or fully manage the logistics on your behalf for a seamless delivery experience.
